Refund policy
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Other items that cannot be returned:

To process your return, we require a purchase receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded:

Gifts
If it concerns an item that was specifically purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and the person will be notified that you have received it. sent back.
